Delivery Services & Times
We offer the following postage options within the UK:
- Royal Mail Second Class – usually 2–5 working days
All orders are normally despatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) of receiving payment. We obtain proof of postage for every order. Some postage options are not fully tracked.

Delivery Costs
We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for delivery anywhere in the UK (including the Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland).
Missing, Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order is:
- Not delivered,
- Incomplete, or
- Damaged in transit,
please contact us as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of purchase so we can investigate and assist you.
We’ll ask for details of the issue and any supporting photos. We will then work with you to agree a fair resolution — such as redelivery, refund, or replacement.
